Hi everyone! How are you today. Here it is Wednesday all ready and I have no idea how we got here so soon! Did you ever feel like life is just racing by! Well I do have a quick and easy little how to for you today that I hope you enjoy. A great way to use those little scraps of pretty fabrics around the house (you know you have them!) These little bobbies are perfect for the little girl in your life or for you! Hope you enjoy!
You have seen them at Anthropologie and you can make them… for a fraction of the cost! All you need is…
some pretty fabric (it’s really great if they are complimentary but they don’t need to be…you can for more of a Boho look the other way : ) You will also need a needle and thread…some bobbie pins or barrettes or even alligator clips and some pretties for the center!
Now cut 2 different size circles out from your fabric (these are 3 inch and 2 inch circles)
It’s time to do your simply draw string stitch all the way around the outside of the circle (approximately 1/4″ inch from the edge…you want to do it on the RIGHT side of the fabric…continue all the way around and then…
pull! now repeat with the smaller one…
simply stitch them together and…
Hot glue your embellishment to the center…
Glue them onto the bobby pin pad or clip of your choice and viola!
Now it is time to repeat…repeat…repeat…a great project for you to do with the kids! Great for gifts and more! Hope you enjoy!
See you tomorrow for Thankful Thursday and the winners from the last 2 weeks…your gifts are going in the mail today…so sorry for the delay : )
Sending you all
TONS of
(((HUGS)))

Oh my goodness these are SO SWEET! I’m addicted to hair pins as it is- but these ones are just to DIE for ! I wonder if they are light enough that you could attach them to a little velcro loop for baby’s hair? Because little girls look so perfect in bows. If you’re not too busy, I’d love if you would come link up to Sweet Sharing Monday! http://saynotsweetanne.com/2012/sweet-sharing-monday-2/
