Isn’t it amazing how Bundt cakes are making a return? Years ago we made them all the time and then they kind of fell out oof favor and you saw 1001 Bundt cake pans at the thrift stores. Now this generation has re-discovered them. Love it- xo Diana

Hi Andrea! And WoW! You are right. Where does one start, especially when you love bundt cakes as much as I do! These ALL look fabulous. And thank you so much for featuring one of mine! So very sweet of you to put together such a wonderful selection of bundts! : )

How would you adjust the baking time for small Bundt cakes?
Hi there Rachel, how are you! I am not sure which cake it is but I can tell you what I would do. I would follow the baking instruction of temperature and then after 20 minutes I would check the cake with a stick cake tester and see if it comes out clean, if it does not… try another 5 minutes and check again. You don’t want it to get too well done so checking it every five minutes should be good. As soon as it comes out clean or just a little bit on the stick take it out and cool it 🙂 Hope that helps! Oh… if you are talking about the tiny bundts that are the size of a cupcake… check after 15 minutes 🙂 Wishing you HAPPY BAKING DAYS!!!! Take care and enjoy your week!
