The New Year is right around the corner and I have been checking out what is on the “hot” list for the New Year when it comes to Home Decor, Crafting Projects, DIY’s and a whole lot more! One thing is for sure Upcycled Projects are going to be everywhere! So, I put together a nice little collection of inspiring Upcycled Projects to get your started off on your DIYing this brand new 2014! We have some that are ultra easy and some that require a bit more time. Some for that will shine in your home decor and some that will kiss your garden with style. So it is time to take a little break from the Holiday Cheer and look and see what might be in your future!
I am absolutely head over heels in love with this Upcycled Vintage Door Beverage Bar Station that was created by Laura over at the fabulous findingHome…just take one look at it and you know that you need one! How perfect is this for parties…barbecues…or a great station for the family when they spend the day in the yard. Do you know what else this original design is fabulous for? Did you answer…it would make an incredible potting station!!!! Well it sure would. The possibilities are endless and it was made from a few vintage items found at a garage sale. Keep a sharp eye out for old doors…shelves and spindles and just thing of what they hold in your future! Laura shares an incredible DIY that you can adapt to what you are using! This is a great project and I sure hope that you might add one of these beauties to your list of Upcycled Projects for the New Year ahead! ENJOY!
Since the weather is …well…FREEZING…when I saw this project over at A Beach Cottage I knew I had to include it in this Upcycled collection because it reminds me of warmer days ahead. Sarah takes a simple oar and upcycles it into a fabulous piece in her home decor. It certainly makes a perfect coat rack. One oar…so hooks and viola…a wonderful and oh so unique piece to adorn your wall. WOW can I think of a lot of things that would work perfectly for a project like this…I am sure you can too!!! Be inspired!

Speaking of chairs…Brooke from the fabulous all things Thrifty has one of the most fabulous upcycling chair projects I have seen…it’s such an original and wonderful use of an old chair you are going to be amazed! Check out these frames…can you see what was done! Well she shares the step by step with you. This idea is simply over the top fab!
One more upcycled chair project…I saw this over at Country Living and the simplicity of it was totally inspiring. 3 chairs…one piece of wood…a unique and original bench! How cool is this? Think of the possibilities. You can go with 3 of the same chairs…3 completely different chairs for an ultra eclectic feel…you can paint them…distress them…stencil them…WOW…the list goes on and on. You and even make a smaller bench using two chairs! I don’t think there is going to be any seats available out there in Flea Market — Good Will land…they are all going to be taken for these incredible Upcycled Projects! Make some room for guests and create a new bench and have fun! Country Living shares the DIY!!! You can adapt it to your project in a heartbeat! ENJOY!
I have to admit that my heart raced a bit when I saw this old desk that was found at a garage sale and with a few quick fixes it was transformed into a mobile bar or serving station! Some fresh paint…cool knos…casters and a few shelves…you have an magnificent piece that you will enjoy for a very very long time! Hop on over to Better Homes and Gardens as they share the How To for this blue beauty! If you need just a little touch of sparkle…a bit of whimsy…a splash of the stars in a special little nook…cranny or space…here is a quick…easy and sensational way to put a little twinkle into your room! freshly found shows you how to make a star out of mismatched butter knives!!! So simple…SOOOOOO much fun!
One more little touch of pinspiration. All you need is an old vintage birdhouse…or any birdhouse you can find while thrifting and add some sensational succulents or plants and you will have an amazing addition to your home decor that will dazzle everyone!

I am looking at my pizza pans in a different way ever since I saw this fabulous chalkboard pizza pan clock over at too much time. So if you have a pizza pan that has baked a lot of goodness and might have found itself replaced with a new model…turn it into a chalkboard clock to adorn the walls of your kitchen. It is simply a cool thing to do! Do you know what time it is? It’s time for PIZZA : )
