It’s Day Three of Wedding in a Jar and today’s DIY Project is a fabulous Wedding Mason Jar Table Number Centerpiece DIY! Yes…it’s a long name but it is a super easy DIY that looks fabulous and serves as a centerpiece and a Table Number! Can’t wait for you to see what my friends  Angie from The Country Chic Cottage, Gina from The Shabby Creek Cottage, Desiree from The 36th Avenue and Malia from Yesterday On Tuesday are up to today…I am sure their Wedding in a Jar DIY Projects are wonderful! Let’s take a look at simple this DIY project is.
You won’t need many supplies for this one…just your mason jars …house numbers that you can get in any hardware store or places like Home Depot…Lowes…etc. I chose to use brass…but you can get black…silver…white…and if they don’t have the color you love…you can paint it! Then you will need some ribbon…glue…scissors…wire clipper and of course the bouquet of choice that fits your Wedding Day perfectly!
I really liked the look of the house numbers with the little screws…but of course they are a bit long…so just take a wire clipper and snip the screws and then glue the screws into the holes for a finished look.
Then you will take the color ribbon of choice and wrap it around the jar…glue together in the middle of the front of the jar because you are going to then glue the number to the ribbon. i used hot glue and filled the back center with the glue…then placed it directly onto the ribbon and held it there for a few minutes and it is holding perfectly. You can also use other glues…but I do like the hot glue method. Now wrap the rim of the jar with ribbon…add a bow if you like and you are done with the jar!
Now it is time to arrange you flowers and get them ready to put into the mason jar!
Add water to the half way mark in the jar and then simply add your beautiful bouquet!
If you are on a tight budget…you can get a really reasonable deal on flowers at your local grocery store…Trader Joe’s and other venue’s that sell flowers. This centerpiece complete with jar…number…ribbon and bouquet cost $23…that’s not bad for a centerpiece/table number…in fact as you will find out…it is REALLY inexpensive!  Just think of all the possibilities…you can use clear jars…pink jars…purple jars…green jars…etc…there are tons of styles of house numbers out there in all different colors…finishes and styles and the bouquet combinations are infinite! You can tailor this DIY project to your specific Wedding Style! It’s that easy…really! Hope you enjoy.
