Roasted veggies…gooey cheese…delicious sauce all wrapped up…who could ask for more! Prepare them ahead of time…pop them in the oven and dinner will be on the table in no time. This is a GREAT way to get the kids eating veggies!

Rustic Grilled Peaches Pizza

Perfect for a middle of the week treat. A delicious wheat crust topped with grilled peaches, walnuts and blue cheese. The only thing that could make this even better is a glass of chilled white wine (kids can have Sparkling Cider).

Slow Cooker Chili

This is a slow cooked blend of veggies and a combination of tasty beans. Wonderful seasoning and tomatoes bring it all together. Served over rice or noodles of choice. Put it on when you leave and it will be waiting for you when you get home. This dish will stick to your ribs and give you tons of comfort!

Roasted Cauliflower, Tomato and Goat Cheese Casserole

The secret to the extra tastiness in this dish is roasting the cauliflower first! I can tell you that this one is fabulous. Add one of your favorite side salads and dinner is served!

Avocado, Tomato and Goat Cheese Toast

This is a great start to a busy Saturday Dinner. Make some of this fortified yummy toast and maybe serve a nice hot mug of soup with it. The whole family will take a moment out of their busy day to enjoy!
