So I thought it was about time you took a little bit of time for yourself and slip away for a nice warm… soothing & relaxing Milk Bath! Sound good? Well it could not be easier to make. In absolutely no time you will be experiencing the luxurious world of Cleopatra who popularized the Milk Bath thousands of years ago. Ok… Cleo didn’t have to dry herself off and make lunches for the next day… but a half an hour of pampering would still be nice!

Milk is filled with tons of Vitamins and Nutrients so of course you can see why it is so wonderful for your skin.

Corn Starch is very soothing and also relieves dry and itch skin! Baking Soda also adds a touch of skin softener and Oatmeal adds a creaminess your skin will find absolutely dreamy.

I personally don’t favor strong scents so to add a hint of aroma I added Apricot Ginger Tea which not only smells good but adds a bit more of a relaxing element to the bath. You can use the tea of your choice like Peppermint, Spearmint, Chamomile, Jasmine, Peach and the list goes on.

You will not believe how simple this Heavenly blend is to make! Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cups of WHOLE Dry Milk (Whole Milk is a richer source)
1/2 Cup of finely ground Oatmeal
1/2 Cup of Cornstartch
1/2 Cup of Baking Soda
Contents of 3 -4 Herbal Tea of choice
=
Directions:
Place the Tea and the Oatmeal into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Place all of the other ingredients into a bowl
Add the Tea and Oatmeal mixture into the bowl and whisk everything till completely blended
Pour the mixture into your favorite Bottle or Jar…seal tightly
All you have to do now is run a warm bath and as it is running add from 2 heaping Tablespoons to a Cup of this luxurious mixture. You are in control of the amount. Now lay back…take a sip of Wine or maybe a Hot Chocolate… listen to some music and enjoy a moment of Zen!
