I love this Thrift Store Creation over at Made In A Day. She found some cool Birch Candle Holders and then had a BRILLIANT Idea to covert them into a DIY Birch Plant Hanger with cool Farmhouse Style. This great piece now holds some awesome air plants and looks totally fabulous. Hope this project gives you tons of inspiration!
I am so sorry that I could not nail down the original post for this…but I thought it was too fab not to share! Just by taking legs from an old end table and a drawer from a dresser or side table a beautiful planter is born.
