Quick and Easy Omelette in a Mug

A quick and easy Breakfast for those of you in a College Dorm or for those of you on the go! You can have a hot....yummy breakfast that is healthy and tasty!
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs (you can add a third if you like and add a little bit more time)
  • 1 tablespoon of whole milk or cream
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Grated Cheese of your choice
  • Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
  • Thinly Slice Scallions
  • Finely Chopped Pepper
  • Finely Chopped Sundried Tomatoes
  • (You can use anything you would like but just make sure it is finely slices or chopped)
  • Toppings of your choice!
Instructions
  1. Spray or Butter your mug
  2. Beat your eggs and milk together then add to the mug
  3. Add your Salt & Pepper
  4. Add your Cheese
  5. Add the fillings of choice
  6. Beat until all is combined nicely
  7. Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes (It depends on your microwave. If the eggs are too loose...microwave a bit longer)
  8. Time to add Toppings of choice
  9. Eat up and ENJOY!
