Quick and Easy Omelette in a Mug |

A quick and easy Breakfast for those of you in a College Dorm or for those of you on the go! You can have a hot....yummy breakfast that is healthy and tasty!
- 2 Eggs (you can add a third if you like and add a little bit more time)
- 1 tablespoon of whole milk or cream
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Grated Cheese of your choice
- Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
- Thinly Slice Scallions
- Finely Chopped Pepper
- Finely Chopped Sundried Tomatoes
- (You can use anything you would like but just make sure it is finely slices or chopped)
- Toppings of your choice!
- Spray or Butter your mug
- Beat your eggs and milk together then add to the mug
- Add your Salt & Pepper
- Add your Cheese
- Add the fillings of choice
- Beat until all is combined nicely
- Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes (It depends on your microwave. If the eggs are too loose...microwave a bit longer)
- Time to add Toppings of choice
- Eat up and ENJOY!
