Caramel Apple Crunch Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • Cheesecake portion:
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • Apple crisp portion:
  • 2 apples - diced
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • Other ingredients:
  • Chocolate or caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Make cheesecake portion by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a hand mixer on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate while apples are cooking.
  2. Dice apples, and combine them with all apple crisp ingredients in a large skillet.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook a final 4 minutes.
  5. Build your dessert:
  6. Add a layer of apple crisp
  7. Add a layer of chesecake
  8. Add a layer of caramel sauce
  9. Repeat until jar is full
