Caramel Apple Crunch Cheesecake |

- Cheesecake portion:
- 1 package cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- Apple crisp portion:
- 2 apples - diced
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ cup water
- Other ingredients:
- Chocolate or caramel sauce
- Make cheesecake portion by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a hand mixer on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate while apples are cooking.
- Dice apples, and combine them with all apple crisp ingredients in a large skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cover with a lid and cook a final 4 minutes.
- Build your dessert:
- Add a layer of apple crisp
- Add a layer of chesecake
- Add a layer of caramel sauce
- Repeat until jar is full
