I know first hand that one is on the go a lot during the Holiday Season…basically on the run all the time. That doesn’t change the fact that you need a good start on the day so I thought that I would compile a little list of 12 Easy…Healthy…Yummy Breakfasts that are perfect any time of year but are so easy you just might take a few minutes and fuel yourself and of course your family with one of these before you go!

You can use granola…any fruit or fruits you adore…chopped nuts…there are no limitations…put your own spin on it…your body will thank you for the great energy these yummy parfaits will provide!
In all honesty…this is truly my favorite breakfast…I have it about 2-3 times a week. Talk about EASY…it is ridiculously EASY! The taste…simply put…AWESOME! A delicious piece of whole grain toast topped with the creamy goodness of avocado…WOW!
It takes less than 5 minutes…it’s the perfect breakfast. You can also add an egg of your choice…that’s a BIG YUM!

Bake up a batch …place them in a covered glass dish and place in the fridge…heat a few or more before you hit the road and you are good to go for hours…add some fresh squeeze OJ and it puts this quick breakfast over the top! No baking required and another one of my favorite treats in the morning!
A Simple piece of toasted Italian bread…topped with creamy ricotta cheese…topped with gorgeous cherry tomatoes…sprinkled with salt and pepper and maybe a little drizzle of olive oil! Takes minutes to make and once again gives you a great get up and go! This is also a picture perfect snack ANY time of the day!
Oatmeal is such a wonderful breakfast and there is nothing like Steel-Cut Oatmeal. The only problem is that it required a half an hour cooking time! Well here is the solution…make it ahead of time for the week…cook up a BIG Batch so everyone can partake in its creamy goodness any time of day or night!
You can scoop out what you want in a bowl…heat it up in a minutes time…add anything that you would like to it…nuts…honey…fruit…jam…raisins…dried fruit…coconut (my favorite)…carob…chocolate chips and the list goes on! You will love having this on hand and I don’t think it gets any healthier than a bowl of good Oatmeal!
