Charity of the Week: Marley’s Mutts

Mutt Militia we need your help, meet Franklin!

Franklin had a spinal cord injury, possibly from being thrown from a truck, which caused bilateral brachial plexus avulsion which means his front legs are basically disconnected and there is no feeling between the nerves and the muscles. Because of this, double amputation is his only option. It’s a difficult procedure, but if he doesn’t have it he’ll have limited mobility and be unable to use his cart. This handsome fighter is ready to gain some proper mobility and this is the first, major step to get him on the road to that. He’s a happy guy all things considered and we look forward to giving him the life and love that he deserves.

Can you donate and help Franklin get the surgery?

Follow Franklin’s journey at @marleysmutts and please feel free to share with your respective networks.

How do you do it week after week? Posts are always so wonderful, and often thought provoking. 💖 Lentil, Franklin, Corrigan’s art, etc. Did you see her “pup in a mug”?

Awwwww… you are too kind Debra. I am just THRILLED that you come back week after week and enjoy what you find…it really makes me happy! Lentil and Franklin are amazing… I can’t wait to see how Franklin blossoms after his surgery and Lentil is just as precious as precious can be!!! Corrigan’s Art work is AMAZING and what a generous lady…donating the artwork to the Wolfgang Pack so more Senior Citizen Doggies can be cared for…warms my heart!!! Sending hugs and wishes for a wonderful day!

You do come up with the most interesting things. those cupcakes look wonderful. It’s good to know they can be refrigerated for 3 days, but I don’t think they would last that long!
