Hi there Miz Helen! How are you doing? Hope all is well. The Salad is DELISH!!!!!!!!! My family wants it on the regular list 🙂 I have to tell you that I made it as a salad and then the following night I made it and used it as the stuffing to a Pital Sandwich with Zucchini and Chickpea Fritters and everyone LOVED it!!!
