The oversized heads, expressive faces and little accessories give each character a playful appearance.

Behind the illustrations are soft watercolor washes that change color throughout the collection.
The lowercase month names have white centers and colorful outlines, keeping the pages cheerful and easy to read.
Below the artwork, each page includes a Sunday through Saturday calendar grid with room for appointments, birthdays and everyday reminders.

Twelve Months With Our Dunder Mifflin Favorites
January: Andy Bernard
Oh my goodness… Andy is ready to welcome a brand new year!
He wears a tan checked jacket, a bow tie and wonderfully colorful burgundy trousers, with a soft aqua watercolor wash behind the January lettering.
I especially love how his bright outfit adds personality to the peaceful background.
A cheerful little companion for writing down fresh plans and all those possibilities waiting ahead!
February: Dwight Schrute
February brings us Dwight… and of course he has brought a beet!
His familiar glasses, brown suit and serious expression make this little illustration especially fun.
A rosy pink watercolor background adds a sweet splash of color behind him.
I love the contrast between Dwight's very businesslike appearance and that cheerful pink page. He certainly looks prepared to keep our February plans in order!
March: Ryan and Kelly
March gives us TWO familiar personalities!
Ryan stands on one side of the page wearing glasses and holding a book, while Kelly stands on the other in a blue jacket and dark skirt.
A dreamy blue lavender watercolor wash brings the design together.
Their little expressions are so sweet… and this pairing adds plenty of personality to a month filled with plans, appointments and the first hints of Spring.
April: Kevin and Phyllis
Oh… April has some especially charming details!
Kevin holds a large cooking pot while Phyllis works on a little piece of blue knitting.
The soft purple watercolor background coordinates beautifully with Phyllis's outfit and gives the page such a cozy appearance.
I especially love the accessories in this illustration. They make these familiar characters feel right at home… although we might want to give Kevin plenty of room to carry that pot!
May: Michael Scott
May brings us the boss himself!
Michael wears a dark suit and holds his familiar “World's Best Boss” mug, ready to join us for another month of plans.
A warm coral pink watercolor wash adds a cheerful background.
I love how simple this page feels. Michael, a cup of coffee and a fresh calendar… surely that is the beginning of a very interesting month!
June: Angela and Meredith
June brings together Angela and Meredith against a soft golden yellow background.
Meredith stands on the left with her bright red hair and a bottle in hand, while Angela appears on the right holding a dark folder.
Their very different personalities make this such a memorable pairing.
The warm watercolor colors give the page a sunny feeling… a cheerful way to welcome Summer and all the little plans that come with it!
July: Pam and Jim
Oh… July is bringing us a favorite pair!
Pam wears a pretty pink cardigan with a dark skirt, while Jim stands beside the month name in his white shirt and tie.
The gentle blush pink watercolor background makes the whole page feel especially sweet.
I love their relaxed expressions and the soft colors. Such a lovely little illustration to enjoy while planning Summer gatherings, family days and a few well deserved quiet moments.
August: Stanley
August belongs to Stanley!
He stands beside a dreamy lavender watercolor wash wearing a dark jacket, patterned tie and tan trousers, with a rolled paper tucked into one hand.
His wonderfully unimpressed expression gives this illustration so much personality.
I think Stanley would appreciate a calendar with a few peaceful afternoons left open… and perhaps we should take a little inspiration from that when filling in our own Summer plans!
September: Darryl
September brings us Darryl with a friendly smile and a clipboard tucked under his arm.
His light work shirt and dark trousers stand out against a cheerful yellow green watercolor background.
I especially love the fresh color combination on this page.
It feels just right for a month when routines start changing, schedules fill up again and we reach for a good pen to get everything organized!
October: Creed
Oh my goodness… October is bringing a little mystery with Creed!
He stands beside a rosy red watercolor wash wearing a pale shirt and tie, with some rather curious red marks on his clothing.
That wide eyed expression certainly adds to his unpredictable personality.
This page feels especially fitting for a month filled with Halloween plans and unexpected little surprises… and Creed looks ready for all of them!
November: Holly
November brings us a sweet illustration of Holly!
She has a soft blonde bob, a dark office outfit and papers tucked beneath one arm, with one hand raised near her smiling face.
The warm peach watercolor background gives this page such a welcoming appearance.
I especially love these gentle Autumn colors. They make a lovely backdrop for a month of family gatherings, thankful thoughts and all those holiday preparations beginning to appear on the calendar.
December: Dwight, Jim, Pam and Michael
And finally… we finish the year with a little office gathering!
Dwight, Jim, Pam and Michael share the December page, with Dwight holding his beet and Michael keeping his favorite mug close by.
A soft mint green watercolor wash sits beneath the group and behind the month name.
What a cheerful way to wrap up twelve months of planning… with four familiar faces and plenty of room for those last celebrations of the year!

A Few Friendly Printing Tips
Printing your 2027 The Office Calendar is easy!
- Download the PDF and save it before printing so you are working from the full calendar file.
- The pages are designed for standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper in portrait orientation.
- Regular bright white printer paper works well for everyday planning. If you prefer a little more weight, a matte presentation paper can be lovely for the colorful illustrations.
- Choose your printer’s Best or High Quality setting for the clearest artwork and lettering.
- Check the print preview to make sure the full calendar grid and Notes section are visible. Use the correct paper size and select Fit to Printable Area if your printer needs extra room around the edges.
- I always like to suggest printing January first.
- That gives you a chance to check the colors, margins and paper before printing the remaining months.
Then grab your favorite pen… and perhaps a coffee refill… and you are ready to begin!

This calendar would feel right at home in a workspace that could use a little personality.
Try hanging the current month from a simple clipboard beside your desk.
Or pin it to a corkboard with important reminders, favorite photographs and a few little notes that make you smile.

If you enjoy keeping everything together, place the pages in a binder and turn to a fresh month as the year moves along.
The colorful artwork gives you something cheerful to look at, while the clean calendar layout keeps your plans easy to find.
Make Room for Everyday Plans… and a Little Fun
A calendar can help us remember appointments and responsibilities, but I also love using it to make room for things we enjoy.
Along with birthdays, school dates and work reminders, add a few little moments to look forward to.
A movie night…
Coffee with a friend…
An afternoon for crafting…
Or a cozy evening revisiting a favorite episode of The Office.
Those simple plans deserve a spot on the calendar, too.
And don't forget the lined Notes section!
It is a handy place for a short shopping list, a project reminder or something you want to tackle before the month ends.
You could even use a few lines to write down the little things that made you laugh that month.
What a sweet collection of memories to look back on at the end of the year!
A Thoughtful Little Gift for The Office Fans
If you know someone who always has The Office playing in the background, this calendar could make such a fun little surprise.
Print the pages and clip them onto a simple clipboard or tuck them into a folder.
Add a favorite pen and a handwritten note, and you have something personal and useful to share.
It would be a cheerful gift for a friend setting up a home office or someone who enjoys adding a little humor to their workspace.
I especially love gifts that become part of someone's everyday routine.
A familiar character and a little smile while checking the day's plans… sometimes that is exactly what we need!
