Hope everyone is doing great. Has the cold weather hit everyone? I’m loving it and the dogs love getting their coats and hoodies on every day. That brings me to our Pet Charity for the Week. This week we are donating to PETA… trying to get as much together so we can donate to their Dog House Fund. They construct Dog Houses where they are needed to keep pups warm during the harsh Winter Months…I don’t even want to think what would happen if there were no programs like this one. So spread the word ok… it’s really important… there is no donation to small… they add up very quickly! Hope you enjoy this weeks link and have an amazing weekend. Thank you as always for being who you are… you give me personal hope for the world… Love you all!

Charity of the Week: PETA
For a “backyard dog” forced to live outside, the winter months can be a miserable life-or-death struggle just to survive the rain, snow, and freezing temperatures.
Will you help PETA give a neglected dog a sturdy doghouse this winter by making a sponsorship gift now? A sponsorship gift of $265 will pay for one doghouse, but any amount can make a life-changing difference to a dog in need.

Toothpick art, who knew ????
I know… right! It is amazing what can be made out of different things… I found it fascinating!!! Hope you have an amazing week! Hugs!
So many things! I have to show my son the toothpick thing. He’s totally a toothpick hound, he’ll find those sculptures a riot!
Also, that guest room tour, I jumped through to checknout the website of the furniture maker! Incredible stuff! And that’s just what my son is going to school for. He has already made exactly one of the pieces i saw in the site. I had no idea they get so much for those pieces! 9k for a queen sized bed! But wow! Is it gorgeous!
And, bucket list Arizona! How beautiful is that canyon!
When the time come to not need to live so close to the city, I can’t wait to move to a place further out where there’s less light pollution so we can really see the night sky properly!
And one more thing, I found it very heartening that those girls stood so quickly to help their teammate. We sure need more of that understanding in this day and age.
Have a beautiful weekend and stay warm!
Karen… you make me so happy… I am thrilled that you enjoy the rabbit hole so much : ) Your SON is making furniture like that… how amazing is that!!!! I wish him all the luck in the world! Those toothpick pieces blew my mind!!! Can you imagine putting them together WOW… talk about patience and talent! The canyon was incredible! All I could say is WOW! We sure do need more understanding and that little video warmed my heart… that is what it is all about! Now… how is my little furry friend doing??? Do tell!!!! Sending hugs and love to all!!!! Enjoy your week!
Loved the pigs and the rescued farm animals! Wish more of the big companies would go back to packing in non-plastic as this would much decrease plastic use. The article on selfishness was fascinating.
Hi there Debra! How are you! I feel the same way… LESS PLASTIC is the way to go and I wish more and more would follow suite! I love the pigs… they are precious and deserve the very best. Farm animal sanctuaries are wonderful and I wish there were more of them. My real wish is that we didn’t need the sanctuaries… maybe some day! I was fascinated with the selfishness article too! So glad you enjoyed!!! See you next week and until then… have a wonderful week… HUGS!
