Hi here my friend! Yet another week has gone by and we have not caught up yet… it seems like there isn’t any time in the day any more! You are so right… the waiting game is horrible! Oh my goodness, many thanks for featuring my Fruit and Kale Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, I really appreciate it! We have really enjoyed a great winter garden this year, the kale has been hardy. Fruit and Kale Salad YUM… truth be told… I made it with baby spinach … I love Kale… but it has too much Vitamin K for me… but let me tell you… it is delish with the baby spinach too! We have had weird up and down temps here as well. We broke a record with an 82 degree day a couple of days ago. It was beautiful! thanks for the party!
