I am sure there will be some Red White and Blue coming our way soon too : ) I hate to tell you all this… but they found another complication on top of the colitis… there are gallstones now! EEESH… to be continued! Hey it makes me forget about all the heart problems lol!!! I will keep you updated.

Morning Holly… how are you! Sure hope things are going stellar for you!!! I’m hanging in there… it’s so funny… for someone that eats all whole natural foods… no processed ones… no high fats… tons of veggies… plant based protein… NEVER any meat and I am basically at no dairy (vegan) at this point to have these problems and the crazy and HARD thing is is that the ulcerative colitis diet is the polar opposite of the gallstone diet… the gallstone diet is kind of like the heart diet. There are so many restrictions I am eating rice and tofu with supplements right now! Nothing is easy right lol!!! You are a real guru… if you have any suggestions… I AM ALL EARS!!! Sending hugs and love to you and yours and hope you have an awesome weekend!

Good morning Andrea it seems the older we get the more they find. I seem to have this problem too. All we can do it the best we can to stay healthy. Sometimes I find when you fix one thing everything else falls into place. Praying for you and your health. Thank you for the feature once again and have a great garage sale filled weekend.
I so hear you Mary!!! I didn’t think it would come this soon lol!!! I sure hope you are doing ok! : ) I hear you… all we can do is the best we can do and I am certainly doing that… I have not missed a days work during all of it… so hanging in there. The doctors would laugh because I would be up behind the desk in my hospital room way before they made their rounds at 6:00! Sending tons of hugs and wishes for a picture perfect weekend!!!

Thank you so much for including my meditation post in your features! My beloved cat passed away Tuesday night and I have been leaning more on meditation since her cancer diagnoses and with her passing. It helps bring me a teeny tiny bit of peace right now. I am constantly impressed with your positive attitude in the midst of your health struggles – you are very inspiring. Sending many positive healing thoughts your way <3 <3
Oh Suchot… I am so very sorry for your loss. I know the pain of loosing a precious furry family member and to be honest with you… for me there is really nothing in life that is that hard. I am lighting a candle for your precious little kitty… it’s just something we do here in our family… there is a peace about it and a wonderful way to remember or honor a life. Please let me know what your cats name is. Just know that your precious cat runs free and happy till you meet again : ) I deal with my pets losses every day… being totally honest… it is a constant struggle and I think by you studying meditation is really a wonderful thing to do. Let me know how it works for you… I hope you get some peace from it and peace from the fact that you gave your cat a wonderful life filled with love and did everything you possibly could to help. I am sending you tons and tons of healing rays and an abundance of hugs! A candle will burn brightly!
