- Ingredients for Simple Syrup
- 2 cups of Espresso (1 cup Chocolate...1 cup Caramel)
- 2½ cups of fine sugar
- (combine the Espresso and the sugar into a small sauce pan...bring to a rolling boil and then simmer for 15 minutes...take the pan off the heat and cool)
- -
- Ingredients for the Italian Soda
- -
- Seltzer
- Espresso Simple Syrup
- Cherries
- Heavy Cream (whipped and unwhipped)
- For One Soda
- Place 3 tablespoons at the bottom of a tall glass
- Fill ½ way with ice (I LOVE using coffee ice cubes but regular ones are fine...there will not be much time for melting because you will drink it so fast!)
- pour about 6 ounces - 8 ounces of seltzer over the ice
- then kiss the top with about and ounce or 2 of heavy cream
- top the glass off with some whipped cream and a cherry
- Stir and ENJOY!
