- 1½ ounces Bombay Gin
- ½ ounces Dry Vermouth
- 2 ounces IPA Beer
- 1 Dash Bitters
- 2 ounces Tonic Water
- Ice
- In a cocktail shaker add gin, dry vermouth, IPA beer, bitters, tonic water, and 4 cubes of ice.
- Using a long-handled bar spoon stir contents gently for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass and adorn with your choice of garnish. I used caperberries and habanero stuffed olives.
- Serve.
