Nutella Pop Tarts

  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 tbsp ice cold water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • Caramel sauce
  1. Pour flour, cinnamon, and sugar into a large bowl, and mix in sliced butter with a pastry cutter.
  2. Add in ice water, one tbsp at a time, and knead with hands to form a ball.
  3. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out into a thin sheet, and cut an even number of circles out.
  5. Pope on a mixture of Nutella and heavy cream, around 1-1.5 tbsp each, onto half of the dough circles.
  6. Cover with the other half, and seal with a fork all the way around.
  7. Brush with melted butter, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  8. When finished, drizzle with caramel.
