Toffee Coffee in a Mason Jar

Ingredients
  • 1 cup instant coffee
  • 1 cup powdered coffee creamer
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (refined or unrefined)
Instructions
  1. Melt the coconut oil. (The coconut oil makes it creamier and gives it froth. It is optional)
  2. Combine the coffee, coffee creamer, brown sugar, and drizzle the melted coconut oil on top.
  3. Use a food processor or blender to grind into a powder. This helps the coffee dissolve in the water easier.
  4. Use 1-2 tablespoons per 8 ounces of hot water.
