  1. Line your Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper while Preheating your Oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all of your dry ingredients and mix them all up.
  3. In a small bowl combine Apple Sauce, Pumpkin, Honey, Egg, Vanilla and Ginger and stir till smooth.
  4. Now mix the Dry with the Wet until everything is moistened (if you need a little bit more liquid… add it by the teaspoon full and if you need it a bit dryer… add a tablespoon at a time until you get a nice rolling dough. I actually kneaded it a little bit.
  5. Flour your surface, roll out your dough to about ¼ inch and use your Cookie Cutter to cut out whatever shapes you would like.
  6. Place all of your shapes onto your parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes according to your oven. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. If you are dipping, make sure that the treats are cooled completely
  9. Melt some white yogurt chips in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each time…repeat until smooth (about 2 minutes)
