Creamy Vegan Fudge

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of  VEGAN semi sweet chocolate chips (1 bag) (Enjoy Life Dark is a great brand to look for but just make sure it is Vegan).
  • 11.25 oz Can of Vegan Condensed Milk (Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Natural Vanilla
  • a Pinch of Salt if you would like
Instructions
  1. Line a Loaf pan with parchment paper so the sides of the pan are covered and easy to pull the final fudge bar our.
  2. Bring your water in your double boiler to a boil and then turn it down to a simmer.
  3. Place your heat proof bowl on top and Pour the Chocolate Chips and the full Can of Vegan Condensed Milk into the bowl of your double boiler. Now let the stirring begin… you will be constantly folding and stirring until the fudge is nice and smooth. (refer to the video for a visual)
  4. Once smooth, turn the heat off and add the teaspoon of vanilla and stir till incorporated… then spoon it into your prepared pan
  5. Chill for at least 2-3 hours. Then cut and serve! YUM! or store it in an air tight container.
