Some books on the side seem to be absolutely perfect!…
An array color hues is simply beautiful…
Simply fabulous…I will take mine as a C.S. Lewis, J.D. Salinger and Fitzgerald collection!…
Sometimes the books give of themselves to live on…they are always superheroes!…
Accessorize…Accessorize…Accessorize…
Books are an art form in themselves…but this takes it to an all new level…I would love to have one of these on my shelves…
Create and repurpose…always in style with a personalized touch…
create many pages and open a different one each day!
Getting old never looked so fabulous…
Simply a marvelous mantle…
Become the artist and create your own sculpture…
Let’s see what pops up…
Oh the drama…
A breath of fresh air at a wedding…
Kids books become art…
Love this post! I’ve been slowly collecting old books so I enjoyed all of the photos. This post gave me some ideas on what to do with them. Thanks for featuring my old Bible!
I love Karen–she’s so much fun! And thank you for the bookplate! I am going to try printing some out this weekend, now that I finally have the new printer. I’m also going to e-mail you with my choices–I am pretty sure about a couple of them…but having trouble deciding the other. You’re so sweet!
I adore this post, Andrea! I am a book worm through and through — the digital age will never replace a book I can hold in my hand, with pages I can turn! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

PS– love the bookplate! Printing some for my sisters’ bday goody bags!

I have to go into serious book acquisition mode! I always love the end tables / coffee tables created using books and you found some great examples of those … can you imagine how heavy they are though?! I l-o-v-e-d that pop up book idea and to do that for christmas as in the example, that one just went on my DIY project list. Thanks for the great ideas. Robin
I love to see books arranged by color..they look so pretty and it’s a great way to add color to a room…Hugs
