Copycat Olive Garden Salad and Dressing – The Kitchen Is My Playground
Yep… a double feature… just could not not put this salad up… it looks so good (I too remove the onions like Tracey lol) Crisp… fresh… loaded with flavors… the perfect go to salad! Serve this with a sandwich… a pasta meal… ANYTHING and you have a complete meal. I am going to be adding baked tofu so it is a complete meal for me! Can’t wait to try it… can taste it now. You are not going to believe this… but this Italian NJ Girl has never been to an Olive Garden… I know… unheard of but true lol! I don’t really go out for Italian because I cook so much of it… but this salad and some bread sticks are very near in my future! Again… great to take to a barbecue… party… picnic… just pack the dressing separately and you will have a fabulous salad that tastes like you just made it when you serve it! Thanks for the recipe!!! Vegans… just a little tip… use Hellman’s Vegnaise… you can hardly tell the difference!!!
