Joe, Pete and I would like to wish you all a wonderful morning! Sure hope everyone is doing well! We have had a bit too much excitement in this household this week and not the good kind! Trying to take deep breaths!
OK… as far as our little adventure to help each other in the wonderful world of blogging… I am still mulling over some and hoping to get a bit more input … but one thing that has been established is that we all need to comment more! Commenting is very important to Google because it shows involvement and that is a big thing! Also the number one thing we all need to work on is creating COMMUNITY!!! Actually, they say that it is the number one thing to survival! Not exactly sure how to make that all come to fruition but we all need to work on that. We need to try to engage our readers to responding, communicating and identifying with us. That is not an easy task and we all have to put on our thinking caps… but it should be a priority! I am thinking of creating a Facebook Page … not sure what it is going to be but you will all surely be invited when I do. The other thing that is important for more exposure is using small videos on Pinterest and if you are heavy into Instagram REELS should be your priority! I have heard that from many including my own Ad Group.
Trying to find out more about Pinterest. That use to be a huge traffic driver for me and for many. The one thing I know is that you should pin FRESH material and regularly. Pinterest does not like sporadic be consistent in how many and when you pin. They say you don’t have to pin others but it does help a little. My idea on that was to start a Board entitled My Favorite Things and pin things I like, like to go, like to do, hobbies, food and all that stuff… it might be a good way for some of the readers to know you better… hence “community” … nothing to loose by doing it and it just might eventually help and engage!
Now I am going to ask you all to give a suggestion on a special LINKY PARTY you would like to see here! I am all ear! I think that is a good amount for today… I will keep coming any information I think of or find. I want to share anything and everything that can help us all!
Sending tons of hugs to all of you! Please know that we treasure you, love you and appreciate you! Now… let’s party!
