Hi there Miz Helen and HAPPY FALL!!! Love the zoodles by the way and peanut sauce is one of my favorite flavors of all time lol!!! So that recipe is a win win! Well the weather is a bit cooler but the leaves are still green! They will start to turn realy soon! There is nothing like it when they are in full change! Gorgeous! My Dad was a leaf nut… no kidding. We had to drive to the Blue Ridge Mountains every single Fall when I was a kid to see the leaves change there while they were changing right here in NJ LOL!!!! It was his favorite time of year so we humored him! Ah to take that ride once again! Well I am thrilled you are having such a wonderful week!
