Hi there friends!  Joe and I would like to wish you all a wonderful wonderful morning!  As always our day is much better with all of you in it! It has been a busy week and kind of worked at a little deficit since I had a bit of a reaction to my vaccine.  Nothing horrible… just achy… sore and a headache… so of course everything goes slower when that is happening but WELL WORTH IT… we go back on Good Friday and then 2 weeks after that we will be fully vaccinated!  YAY!!!!!  This is the only time when having a hereditary heart condition gives you a benefit to get the vaccine early!  Feeling a bit better now so hoping for a better week!  So how is everyone out there?  Hope you are all doing fabulously!  We truly can’t wait to see what you have in store for us this week… we are sure everything will be Fantastic and oh so Creative!!!!  We are sending tons and tons of hugs and love… please know that we think the world of you all and we are so happy to have you in our Family!!!!

The best part was definitely the breaks between zoom interviews going outside in the 60-70 degree sunny weather and walking Hannibal. He’s much better behaved this week. Hummm… coinkidink???     Serving This Week 3-1 to 3-5-2021 On Tuesday was Avocado Breakfast Bake. Wednesday was Lil Leprechaun Snack Mix. Thursday was Green Pistachio Sweet Bread. And Friday was Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage 2 Ways. Enjoy!

      Hope you had a wonderful St. Patty’s Day Tiffany! I am very happy to have gotten the first shot… this is the only time having a hereditary rare heart disease is a good thing LOL!!! 2 more weeks I get the second and then 2 weeks after that they say you are about 99 percent safe of getting Covid. WOW what a blessing that is but I will be following all the CDC rules and wearing a mask… etc. for the benefit of others 🙂 We all need to hang in there for another few months and not get impatient… don’t want to ruin what is happening 🙂 Sending hugs and wishes for a wonderful day!
