A Morning Cup Of Joe
Thanks so much for featuring my How To Can Tomato Sauce! We are up to our eyeballs in tomatoes right now. We have been canning all kinds of tomatoes this year – this winter will be fabulous!
Have a great weekend!
Melissa | Little Frugal Homestead
Hi there Melissa! How are you! Well I have to say I can’t feel sorry for you being up to your eyeballs in tomatoes LOL!!!! If I had to be up to my eyeballs with anything… tomatoes would be at the top of the list 🙂 YUM!!!! Well it sounds like you will be set for the year! I always make tomato soup… but yesterday I was craving it like NOW… I mean like NOW… so I made a 5 minute homemade tomato soup in the vitamix(the one with the heating element) and WOW was it delish and it was on the table in minutes! Sometimes we are very spoiled! I hope you are staying cool and keep on canning… you will be so happy you did later! I will be getting a few cases of plum tomatoes come the end of August so I can do the same! Yours though are special… all home grown! Applause! Sending hugs and wishes for a picture perfect day!
Hi Andrea – Quiet week here but Hannibal is looking forward to GrandBob coming to visit in one more sleep. Lots of GrandBob lap time coming up! I met the new neighbors – their toddler calls Hannibal, “Bingo” because he looks like the dog on a cartoon she watches. It’s so cute! Oh and I have enough tomatoes from the garden I’m making some fresh salsa for Dad and homemade bolognese for Sunday dinner. Can’t wait! Thank you as always for hosting and for the feature. Hugs, Holly
Hi there my friend! How are things going! Hope you and Hannibal are enjoying time for GrandBob!!!! I am sure you both are. Oh I so wish we had a plethora of tomatoes… I don’t think there is anything I love more! We get them from the Farmer’s Market because I was not having any luck at all!!!! Hope you enjoy all the yumminess with your Dad!!! Yes… Paw Patrol is a really popular cartoon with two pugs… My daughter should do Birthday Parties with her two lol!!!! People with kids stop them on walks to pet them… so cute! Enjoy all the tasty tomatoes… I will be thinking of you all! TTYS!!!! Sending hugs and wishes for a picture perfect day!
Thanks for another fun party Andrea. Great features- they’re making me hungry! Lol. Have a fabulous and cool week. XO- MaryJo
Hi there Maryjo! How are you my friend! Well how are the Masterpiece men doing now with their baseball back 🙂 This party does make you hungry… thank goodness we can’t catch the calories 🙂 Sending hugs and wishes for a picture perfect day!
I am hidden indoors during this heatwave without air conditioning because of the smoke from forest fires in the neighboring province. Sadly from lack of moisture, there are numerous raging wildfires. One wiped out an entire town. So sad! Stay cool and have a nice weekend, Andrea!
OMG Marie… I didn’t know that all of this was so close to you! You had to have seen that RED sun yesterday morning… they say that is why it was so red. The smoke is carrying across the whole country and Canada… it is horrific. When I think of the devastation I go crazy… the loss of all the animal families… the homes… the people… it is just unbearable. the thought of wiping out an entire town… I hope and pray that things get better really soon but everything is so dry. Even here where we have had a lot of rain… it is dry a few hours after. You poor thing… without air conditioning in this heat! Wish I could send you some because my central has not stopped pumping since May! I sure hope things get better for you and everyone being effected by this. Sending hugs and wishes for things to get better for all.
Thank you for hosting so faithfully! Thank you also for featuring my chocolate no-bake cookies recipe. Hope you’re having a fun summer even with all the heat!
