Joe and I would like to wish you all a wonderful Morning! There is a chill in the air and we are loving it! Especially the Pups! I want you all to know that little Alie was tested for Cushings Disease and it came in borderline so she is not going to need any major dangerous treatments (thank God)! She will be taking a few holistic supplements for it! So for now… we are waiting 2 months before exploratory surgery to see if there is any cancer coming back and we are treating everything with her meds… supplements and weekly IV Fluids! I am happy to report she was outside yesterday doing zooms in the yard! She thanks you all for your thought… prayers and love… I for one believe it makes a big difference! I will keep you posted with anything new!

Now it is time to check out all of your amazing creations! We are sending hugs and want you to know that we love you all! Let’s get this party started!

It’s amazing… with a few good simple ingredients you can pull together a great Sour Cream that is totally Dairy Free!  I have made this and it is great.  You can use it in so many things and it is perfect for all the different dips out there. I added 1/2 whole fat Oat Milk instead of water and it worked great.  Thank you Holly for sharing… this little condiment gets used way more than you know. Oh… it is amazing in a mushroom stroganoff!!!!
