Joe, Pete and I would like to wish you all a very good morning! We hope that your day is filled with all things good. We can’t wait to see what you have all been up to this week! So sorry for not having blog tips this week… hopefully next week. To be honest… things here are still in not that great and on top of it… our little Alie has yet another mass on her left side… going through tests to determine treatment. Joe’s comdition has been having some extra problems and some other things are going on… I know that many of you are going through your own rough journey and I want you to know that I am sending you hugs, prayers and my best thoughts! Love you all and thank you for being you.

I totally understand about things not being 100 % right now. My husband ended up having a very serious surgery on July 4th. He is home now and recovering well. However caretaking can be a full time job. Thanks so much for featuring my Southwest Skillet Dip in the awesome party today. I appreciate it so much! Hi Miz Helen. I am so sorry! I was hoping to hear that he had recovered from his back surgery and now he had to have another surgery! I hope and pray that he is going better and will make a full recovery. Please please please take care of yourself. You just had surgery and I don’t want anything to happen to you. Care=taking is a huge job… believe me I know first hand and we tend to ignore ourselves. Thank you for sharing my Agua Fresca punch! This was definitely a week that is best “past” and hope that the world rights itself now. Prayers for your hubby and puppy. Living in Texas (although north of Dallas), the thoughts and prayers of all Texans are with those in the Hill Country ~ although grateful for the absolutely incredible efforts of all responders (local & federal) ~ thankful for our fantastic Governor Abbott and even President Trump for the way everyone has worked seamlessly together.
