Wishing you all a Good Morning. I actually don’t believe it is Friday all ready…seems as though the days are blending because they are moving so fast! Well it is Friday and yes…it is time for another Adventure of Junkin Joe (still cringe a little with that chosen name by my husband : ) He did really well this week…there is no crowning jewels…just little gems but hey…that’s good too! There is one piece that we need your help with and you will know it as you scroll down…so if anyone can identify it in any way we would love to know about it for fun. So without further ado…
not just one…but two! These may not be vintage but classify as a fabulous find for sure…he snatched these up for $.99 a piece and their value is over $85.00 for the pair…not bad and they are being added to my collection of Tea Cups!
This lovely American Lady came dusty…musty…yucky wrapped up in dirty brown paper…
she got the spa treatment and then I thought she deserved some pretty pearls as she regained her vintage beauty…
now she will be serving yummy delights at the family dinner table once again…a second life to share!
Here comes the one we need the info on : ) I never said it was beautiful…I choose the word “Interesting”
it doesn’t go with anything in the house but he found it “amusing” and also thought that it was a vintage piece by the feel and look of the glass and…
the pearly pink finish inside…it is rather delicate…
here’s Mr. Tiger and Mr. Pups closeup…anyone know what this is??? Would LOVE to know!
A beautiful 5 piece vintage place setting was found…
aren’t the lovely and they are made by…
yep…I take it back Junkin Joe…here’s your Treasure of the week…this is a complete 5 piece place setting of Windsong vintage Lenox (1965) and all I can say is Score…now he has to find 7 more sets : )
Speaking of Lenox…here’s a beauty for sure…not vintage but still beautiful and a bargain…
a beautiful Lenox Crystal Bride and Groom that is also a wonderful little bell…
a little close up…
a perfect little pair. These were made in 2001 and retailed at $45.00…well Junkin Joe came home with 2…yes 2 of these little beauties for ready…$5.00!!!! Not bad…these are going to make sweet little gifts for sure!
Here is a really cool piece of vintage crystal…I personally have never seen one like it…he scored a set of them…they look prettier with candles…
These beauties are very large and stately. Great find!
here some cuties…they may not be vintage…
but they are cute…
and I am going to be making some adorable little pincushions from this little find!
isn’t she pretty…
close up please!!! Don’t think she is going any where!
Okay my friends…how did Junkin Joe Stack up!!!! I will say it again…he LOVES your comments!!! Here are a few more of his little finds and yes…they all came with saucers…there is however a sad part to this story…during the stacking process I broke two absolute beauties…I was so upset…please be careful while stacking!
Hope you enjoyed this little treasure reveal! Stay tuned next week for the further
Adventures of Junkin Joe!
See you all tomorrow for the
Week in Review!
Till then…sending

Junkin’ Joe, you totally rock, man. I don’t know where you find all these awesome things! We don’t have anything like that here. All those teacups, just awesome, they’re my faves this week. Keep up the good work, Junkin’ Joe!
The cups you need help identifying remind me of Mary engelbreit. I don’t believe they are but those tiny flowers remind me of her. Great finds Junkin Joe!
Your haul is amazing! I wish things like that were affordable here. Our local thrift shop would have sold your first item for about $5 each! Not a huge bargain.
Wow, you must have the most amazing antique/second hand shops around. Your hubby sure finds loads of treasures. I always look forward to your Friday post to see what he’s picked up~
Joe stacked up just fine, Andrea! I’m lovin’ the crystal candle holder. So elegant! Be sure to take a moment to take a peek at my post today! It’s about you! Yes, beautiful, kind-hearted you! Much love, Lisa
HHHHHMMMMM!!! I think I need to adopt Junkin Joe… Maybe he can become my Uncle or something… LOL!! Great finds..
Love that shot with the stacked teacups. I like how you said he thought the tiger piece may be vintage by the look and feel of the glass. That means he’s really looking for the good stuff!! And good “stuff” is what he finds! My favorite treasure was the platter with the pink and aqau motif in the center. So pretty!
Hey Andrea!
Love the adventures of Junkin Joe! Very clever! Pretty blog you have here! I just started back up again..getting my creative “mo Joe” going! Happy weekend to you!

So lovely, as always. Have a great weekend, Andrea!
Junkin Joe is doing a great job as usual!
I just love the teacups-I always look for them with saucers. Sad to hear you broke some of the stack.
This is a thumbs up for your honey.
Girl, if Joe keeps this up, you’ll be able to open up an antique booth at the mall! I seldom find cups- lots of saucers but not cups.
Way to go, Joe!
darling finds. i’m especially enamored of those stacked blue and pink floral teacups that you think ‘might not be vintage’.

Your J. Joe has a good eye! I love the cups and saucers that are to become pincushions! The glass pieces are wonderful, too! It is all wonderful! I know he must get many hugs for always bringing you such treasures!

More great finds! It’s so fun to see what he comes home with. I loved the stack of tea cups, and am sorry that you lost two.
woohoooo beautiful finds as always!!
The detailing of that plate (the second find) is just soooooo pretty!!! O.O
I feel like there is no ends to these amazing finds =)
But, we can never get too much of these hehe.
And that tiger one.. hmm hahaha it IS interesting!
You can always place a cute, small candle on it.
But putting anything in it will bring life and and a little humor =)
Well, he’s done it again . Some very Fantastic finds .
I must say, I dearly love that tiger vase. Wish I where to find things like that around in my area .
Keep up the good work Junkin Joe and looking forward in seeing next weeks finds.
