Are you a fan of the Queer Eye Fab Five??? Well I am and I enjoy all their shows and love the room makeover segment immensely! You will be surprised how many tips and tricks you pick up from them that you can use in every day life. Well the one HUGE and BEST tip ever came from Bobby… it’s so simple but makes such a dramatic difference in the look of your room. Ceiling to Floor Curtains… it’s that simple! Put your rods right under the molding of the ceiling and hang. From now on … go for those 95 inch curtains for the extra length or use one of the many creative ways to add length to your curtains such as extra fabric… ruffles… lace… and so on. This little trick just makes the entire space look so much larger and open! It’s the best Home Decor Hack ever in my book.
Candles in the Fireplace – Horchow
If you have a Fireplace that is not functional but looks great… why not light a fire anyway? Get your self a great Fireplace Candelabrum or do an great arrangement of candles in the Fireplace. One huge factor… be safe… electronic candles are the best… but if you use lit candles make sure someone is in the room to keep an eye on them. You can get all different size candle stick holders and arrange them… there are so many possibilities and I know whatever you do it will look incredible!
