Grilled Vegetable Foil Packets
by: Pillsbury
As a Vegetarian I thought I would include some helpful hacks for you to include at your party. A lot of times Veggies feel a bit left out so it is fabulous to have a few Vegetable Foil Packets on hand (you can make them way ahead of time) so you can throw them on the grill. This is just one recipe out of 1000’s but you don’t even need a recipe…just slice up some yummy veggies…drizzle and toss with seasoning and olive oil…place them in the center of a nice size foil square and close them up. Place them on the grill till tender which will take about a half an hour then serve them up…the only problem you might have is that you will need MORE because everyone is going to want some : ) A packet with some rice and a yummy salad is a great meal! A little marinaded grilled tofu wouldn’t hurt either : ) Your Veggie friends and family will feel very special!
–
You can also throw some yummy veggies fixed the same way in one of these veggie grilling pans or even a cast iron skillet!
–
Or there are always kabobs! Here’s a Hack you should know with any Kabob…double skewer them and WOW will your life be much easier when it is time to flip and take off the grill!

No lighter fluid needed…that’s the BONUS…I don’t know about you…but sometimes my veggie burgers taste like lighter fluid! Give this one a try!
