The Week of Summer in Jars continues here at The Cottage Market and of course all of my friends have some more goodies waiting for you…just scroll to the end of the post and you will find their fabulous creations! Today we have something wonderfully yummy…Caramel Apple Crunch Cheesecake that tastes as good as it sounds! It’s quick… easy and makes the perfect dessert for the family or company and the best thing is is that you can make it ahead of time! There is an easy to follow little video waiting for you… I have a feeling that you just might want to make this tonight! Enjoy my friends!

- Cheesecake portion:
- 1 package cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- Apple crisp portion:
- 2 apples - diced
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- ¼ cup water
- Other ingredients:
- Chocolate or caramel sauce
- Make cheesecake portion by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a hand mixer on high speed until smooth. Refrigerate while apples are cooking.
- Dice apples, and combine them with all apple crisp ingredients in a large skillet.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cover with a lid and cook a final 4 minutes.
- Build your dessert:
- Add a layer of apple crisp
- Add a layer of chesecake
- Add a layer of caramel sauce
- Repeat until jar is full
