The gray grain of the top drawer is simply stunning and accents the rich and luxurious blue and art deco handles below! It’s fresh yet vintage… it has an art deco vibe yet could be added to any Modern Farmhouse space or any space for that matter. We all might not be as fortunate to find a piece like this… but this technique would look awesome on many items. Sometime you just want a quick and easy makeover… you know… one and done in 10 minutes but still have a feeling of satisfaction! Well Kathy has one for you! She simple takes an old crock and then embellishes it with a thick cord (you could use different colored cords… multiple wraps… maybe a simple embellishment and more) but it looks great just the way she did it… then she added some faux succulents and VIOLA… a perfect vintage style planter and accessory. Give it a try… you are going to love it! If you don’t have a crock…maybe go old school and cover a can and embellish? Have fun!
