Do you know what one of Larissa’s favorite things to do is? Well she says her pulse quickens when she goes through her Thrift Store Trashure and makes something wonderful basically out of random parts! Let me tell you… it is always awesome… just like this Upcycled Plant Stand! It’s Classic Cottage Farmhouse! Drop by Prodigal Pieces and check out her magical talents and be inspired.
This little Thrift Store makeover is so simple but yet packs a ton of Farmhouse style punch! Jenn and Vicki over at 2 Bees in a Pod found an tin Pail…one that you would fill up for a child at Easter and then with the power of spray paint and perfect… simple lettering it turned out to be a little Traditional Farmhouse Masterpiece! It’s so cute and was done in a snap. Just a heads up… if you don’t find any at your Thrift Shop you can always find some during the Holidays at the Dollar Store. This would make an awesome gift filled up with all kinds of fun soaps! ENJOY!
Come and see how The Latina Next Door turned a plain old Thrift Store Shelf into a Coastal Farmhouse delight. The right paint… applied the perfect way… a ship lap back… see wooden crates and VOILA! Be sure to drop by for the DIY.
I just never get tired of a Thrift Store Headboard Bench Creation and this one by Pili from My Sweet Things is at the top of the list. Come and see how it all came together. Wouldn’t something like this look amazing in your Entryway???
When you find something while Thrifting that you know how tons of potential… you usually put it in the cart! That is exactly what Marissa did with this little Caddy. It was a weather reddish color with a some scratches but she knew it has a purpose and it sure did. Once she used the power of spray paint and her imagination she turned it into a Farmhouse Style DIY Craft for Kids. Check it out and have fun at this creative blog.
If you have been following The Cottage Market for a time you will know I LOVE everything and anything with upcycled drawers!!! They seem to have a million and one uses and I am really loving this shelf set by Craftify My Love. Drop by and see how easily it all comes together.
Bre spotted a simple stand at the Thrift Store… snatched it up and brought it back to it’s Glory Days! It was simple and sometimes all that it takes to breathe new life into a piece. Now it is an awesome Modern Farmhouse Plant Stand and living the life!
Sometimes an accessory has two different lives… this Thrift Mirror started as a mirror but once it was snatched up over at Within The Grove… it became a Fabulous Farmhouse Chalkboard! Come and see how you can transform you next mirror find into one of these… don’t you love it!
This gorgeous Farmhouse Lamp that looks just like one that Joanna Gaines would choose for this desk was once a shiny…dated…brass lamp but look at it now. Ashley over at This Mamas Dance is going to show how you can work the same magic on your next Thrifted Find!
Better Home and Gardens is going to give you a great idea… let’s say you find a table at the Thrift Shop and it has a broken leg…or there are scratches in an area that are really bad…No problem…just slice that table in half and you will have a great smaller table that has tons of style!

I love the idea for the old brass lamp as I have some discolored ones. The link for it didn’t go to the right place, but it is posted on This Mamas Dance on August 18, 2016. She used chalk paint and dark wax to achieve the look on the brass.
