Ice Cream Sundae Muffin Tin Hack Recipe – Today.com
First… the simple hack of scooping ice cream rounds and putting them in muffin tins to freeze them perfecting is a great idea on its own… but this recipe takes it much further and I had to share it with you all because it is a perfect dessert when you want to plan ahead for a crowd… a kids birthday party or even a family dessert! You will get some ideas on how to make different sundae flavored scoops in muffin wrappers and the tin Then you will use the tin to add all different topping. Then you will bake brownies in a muffin tin. In the end you will be assembling brownie sundaes in the perfect serving size and everyone can top them as they please. It is a GENIUS dessert… versatile… yummy and pleases ALL AGES!!! There are other muffin scoop suggestions like creating Unicorn Ice Cream Balls and more! So much fun! A Great Sandwich Hack
When you are making your sandwiches you don’t want them to be soggy when you eat them so here is a hack to help keep them nice and firm. Place moisture barriers on top and Botton sides. Cheese slices are perfect! You can also use lettuce or how about some Veggie Bacon which is great on the top side. After you place them add your spread…whatever you are going to be filling your sandwich with and then sprinkle on any added condiments then close. That cheese and lettuce barrier will save that bread from getting all soggy! This hack gets my full endorsement!
Reuse Old Ketchup Bottle For Tempra Paint
I LOVE this one! It’s so simple… just wash out those used ketchup bottles (relabel them if you like but there is no need since the color shines through) Fill them up with tempra paint and keep kid craft time a lot less messy!!! Plastic bottles can truly come in handy!
The Best Scarf Hack – You Make It Simple
This is such a brilliant hack… one that takes NO time… totally budget friendly and works perfectly every time! Add shower rings to a wooden hanger and VOILA!!! AWESOME!!!
Cleaning A Cutting Board With Lemon
Simple cut a nice juicy lemon in half. Then start to rub the cutting board all over with the lemon juice (you can add a touch of course salt if you would like). When you are finished scouring with the lemon all you have to do is rinse and dry well. Its like a natural eraser, cleaning your cutting board for you! Perfect for the next batch of veggies or garlic or scallions… Need more Lemon Hacks?
White wine, Red wine & Rose Wine Hacks
Here is a super simple yet fabulous hack. If you open a bottle of wine and you don’t finish it and not sure when you will… how about getting out your covered ice cube tray molds and fill them up. Just pour the wine in the cube tray and I highly recommend covering them so no odors get in there. Leave them in the trays so they keep their shape and when you feel like a Spritzer… drop a few in a cold glass of seltzer or when a recipe calls for some wine… you will be ready in a second!
Boxed Pancake Mix Hack
If you don’t want to get the flour… sugar and more out and make your own batter from scratch there is a great way to make that box mix wonderful… sometimes even better than homemade pancakes. Just add milk (I use oat milk), buttermilk is also and option instead of water, then add a teaspoon of vanilla to each batch, then add a tablespoon or two of melted butter (I use plant base butter and it works but you use what you love) and then mix but don’t over mix and then cook them in a hot pan! It’s always fun to add chocolate chips… peanut butter chips… fruits and more!

Magnetic Refrigerator Spice Racks – Instructables
I have to tell you that I am going to be doing this over the weekend. I have a regular spice rack but I also have tons of other spices that I actually use and it would be great to have them at hands reach. It’s SOOOOO easy…SOOOOO budget friendly I truly did say WHY didn’t I think of that for real! Just pick out some baskets (plastic or metal is probably the best even though wicker would look awesome… make sure that your spice bottles can fit… then hot glue some STRONG magnets onto the back of the basket (I would suggest about 5 on top and 5 on the bottoms (you want them to support the weight) …then just pop them on the fridge and fill them up! I mean could it get any easier and you will actually be utilizing the side of the fridge. The side of my fridge faces my stove so it is really perfect.
Magnetic Tins and Containers – Tater Tots & Jello
Now when you visit Jen over at Tater Tots & Jello she is going to show you that you can utilize the inside of the fridge with magnetic containers too! GREAT IDEA!!! What I really like is if you are only cooking with two burners…with one of these you can place all the ingredients you need to cook your meal with on it so it is right next to you…you know like if you are doing a stir fry…wouldn’t it be great to have all those ingredients right next to you so you can just concentrate on what you are doing without have to go get all the items! There will be room to cook and have your cookbook out on the counter! These have so many different uses…if you are not using your stove you can convert it into a serving area …just think of the possibilities…plus it will look fabulous! You can take it a step further and collect all different awesome handles and do a wall of them to display your jewelry! No matter what home decor style you have you can make this work for you! So easy but so useful!
Tension Rod Organization – Martha Stewart

Homemade Ice Pack – Pinterest
Here’s one I never saw but sure could use (unfortunately : ) but come on…we ALL can use this and if you have young kids maybe a few in the freezer would be a good idea ! So simple and it does take up much room. The addition of alcohol is brilliant because alcohol doesn’t freeze so it is still a little squishy so it curves…and if you don’t want a plain dull ice pack…they suggest jazzing it up a bit with some food coloring and glitter…LOVE IT!

Copper Cleaner – What’s Up Fagans?
Many of you have copper pans or for that matter…anything copper! If you need a quick and easy way to clean that copper when it gets tarnished is to sprinkle it with some salt…the pour a bit of vinegar over it…then SCRUB with either a scrubbie or a hard sponge.

Good ideas, all of them. But the pot rack idea, you said to install a towel rack, and what is in the picture is actually a curtain rod. Either would work.

When purchasing a bundle of bananas take them apart and cover the top with tinfoil. Oxygen is what makes them go bad and having the top covered will prevent that!

As people in our country (New Zealand) are particularly passionate about reduction of packaging I can share some other “Peggy” ideas. Pegs are pegged to a loop of rope to seal open bags of groceries, peg drying wax wraps, a peg with a magnet superglued on the back holds childrens artworks, dentist reminders and must use vouchers. Asquare made from nose to tail pegs also creats a very effective soap drainer, holding soap out of the sludge on the sink.
Peggy clotheslines with small pegs are ideal at Christmas time to display Christmas cards/ photos too!
