Hi there Friends! How are you. We are so happy that you are enjoying this series and sure hope you enjoy the newest one! Don’t blink because you might miss this little tutorial… that is how quick and easy it is! In the wonderful world of Farmhouse Decor… the Cloche is a very popular little item. They are fabulous to display certainly beloved items… wonderful to use in Vignettes and just so much more. The only thing is… is they can be pretty pricey… but now when you make them this way! Don’t forget you can use this little diy on any glass item you want! Come and check it out!!!
As always… let’s start with the Supplies! Assorted glass from The Dollar Store… knobs of your choice. I got these at Home Depot and a base (I used $.79 IKEA Candle Saucers but you can use glass saucers, glass cake plates or you can use assorted China… what ever your heart desires and looks great with your decor… then you will need a powerful glue E-6000 has always worked wonders for me.
Apply a dollop of glue on the base of your knob… apply to the center of the bottom of the glass… press firmly.
Then allow to dry for at least 6-8 hours!
Add your base!
Now for the fun part… find a little treasure to put under the glass dome.
Mix it up a bit an use the base to last weeks Farmhouse Candle Hack… oh the possibilities!
