Hi there my friends! If you are looking for an easy…infact…a WAAAAY easy and fun project that does not tug on your purse strings at all…you came to the right place today! You will need about 5 minutes…really…this is my easiest craft ever!
Come on in and find out the quick how-to and then take a peek at what my friends have been up to…wait till you see what‘s up their sleeves! Let me tell you if you have kids…you MUST drop by to see my partner today Stacy from Kids*Stuff*World
it ROCKS!!! Check out all my friends…more info inside!
Well I was able to snatch up these adorable little frosty gold ornaments at my local Dollar Store…they were just too adorable to pass up… I did not know what I was going to use them for but knew they would be fun especially for our Dollar Day Week!
So then it hit me…I thought to myself…this might be tooooooo easy to even do a DIY on! No…not too easy…just fun…inexpensive and festive! Who wants to spend even $5 on earrings that you are just going to use for a day…with a package of these cuties you can make 10 sets!
So what are you going to need?
Some mini ornaments (hope you can find some), earring findings, a little jewelry plier (now if you want yours plain…that is all you need!) if you would like you can add some embellishment charms and in that case you need the charms and a jump ring and if you would like to add a bow…ribbon and glue! That’s it!
All you need to do now is slide the ornament onto your earring finding and pinch…it’s done! If you would like to add the little charm…open up your jump ring and attach it to the top of the ornament…pink closed and now add the ball and charm the same way as above…done!
If it is a bow you would like…just tie a mini bow with your favorite ribbon…put a little dab of glue and apply! Attach to the finding…DONE!!!
If it is a little charm bling you like…good choice…they are precious!
If it is plain that you enjoy…perfect as is!
They are tons of fun and would be awesome in different colors if you are lucky enough to find them! Great for MOM…Tweens….Teachers…Aunts…Cousins…Friends…Grandma…
everyone that has that holiday cheer!
You know you could do this with those little wooden ornaments too…the ones that come in those little plastic compartment boxes! Mini nutcrackers and Santa’s with a built in jump ring…the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!
Now for more more Dollar Day Darlings…

Soooo cute! 🙂
Those are so cute! I have trouble wearing dangly earrings because they tend to be too heavy for my ears–but I’ll bet these would be nice and light! I could leave off the embellishments and just go for the ornaments. Thanks for the idea!
Whoa! So simple and so cute! It makes me wish I had pierced ears. But you’ve sparked my interest in other dollar store Christmas jewelry….why not a necklace or bracelet?! Love this and your pictures are awesome! Lisa~
These are darling Andrea!! Makes me wish I had pierced ears! Oh, I just noticed Lisa wrote the same thing above! And here I thought I was the only one! haha. Anyway, great job, they are super cute!
