Hi friends… how are you all. Some of today’s content is depressing… it’s been a very difficult week for everyone in this country. First Buffalo and then Texas… heartbreaking. We will be donating to one of the Texas Charities and Ramapo Bergen for their new roof for the Kittens. Please give your family and pets some extra hugs and always say I love you. Did you veganize the chocolate chip muffins? If so, did you use a flax egg or other? I’m always leery about what to choose for this as it can make or break a recipe.
Hey there Kathleen! How are you! Yes… I did Vegnize them and I used just egg! I am really loving it lately. Using it in just about everything that calls for eggs. Made crepes the other day and it worked great! Egg replacements are tricky… I hear you! When it comes to baked goods… I think I will be using Just egg or I have had much luck with apple sauce too! Can not show my dash the puppy’s out door bed idea .. he would be all over that, he just loves a sun bath lol too cute and comfy !
LOL!!!! My two love to sun bathe too… then they start to pant and want to come back in the AC and then go out again lol!!! They are all so funny! They love the big rug on the deck… we are not putting beds out or they will never come in! Sending you little pup a big hug!!! Sending hugs and wishes for a wonderful day!
Happy Memorial Day! It is good to have a bestie In these difficult times. I’m glad to have my Pip to hug. I flew to Ky before for Memorial Day, and we took peonies from my brother’s garden to my parents’ graves. They were my dad’s favorite flower. I felt for the poor kitty.
Hi there my friend… always good to see you. I know… there is nothing like a doffie during these troubled times or any time at all. There is something only they can give right! That was so sweet to bring your parents peonies… they were my Mom’s favorite too… we had a huge patch of them in our yard… they were gorgeous. The only thing bad about them was they didn’t last long enough. Sending you tons of hugs and love always! Hope you have a great weekend!
