Hi friends! How are you and how was your first week of the New Year. We are still hunkering down here in Wayne NJ hoping that the vaccine is on its way really soon… so ready for it! I know that things won’t be back to normal till around Christmas time or more… but it is nice knowing that it will be some time in the near future!!! How are all your pets doing? Fill me in… love hearing about them all. Sure hope you enjoy the features this week! Our Rescue is our friends at Rescue Dog Rocks! As you can imagine they have a long list of needs as they continue their incredible work… Angels on Earth! Please let us know about your favorite Rescues… we truly want to lend a helping paw! Thank you for these; the animals brought much needed smiles. The situation in Florida to get a vaccine has been something else. I read in US Today that Capitol Police Officer Sicknick who was killed Wednesday was dedicated to dachshund rescue . My Pippin is my cuddle buddy – he is so spoiled now but he deserves it.
Hi there Debra. I heard about Officer Sicknick and his love to animals and all that he does for Dachshund Rescue. The whole situation breaks my heart and I am still crying over everything… yet I am really angry because I knew in my heart of heart something BAD was going to happen with him as President. God bless the Officer who was from NJ and I am sure the rescues are broke hearted. Nothing is fair… nothing… Wishing you a very Happy New Year and all things Good! HUGS!

Tried to find the Happy Birthday story about the dog and the pan of food. But it said an error and not found???
Our good boy Gabi LOVES his massages! He’s gotten into a daily habit of standing on the couch every single night after shut down and waiting for his 15 minutes massage before going out for his last walk. He won’t step off the couch until he gets it! Big change from the dog he was when he came to us and he was so scared. You could just tell he wanted to accept human contact!. Now he’s nearly downright bold!
