Hi there friends, how are you all doing! I can’t even believe it is Saturday again… it seems like I was just talking to you but it was last week! Sure hope things are going great for all of you and your furbabies and families! I have to tell you… with the news going on last week my head is still spinning but all I can truly think o is poor Australia…Poor Puerto Rico and the people that lost their lives in the plane bombing. Sure hope this upcoming week brings better things! So this week our Rescue is Charity of the Week: Australian Koala Foundation …Just want to do everything we can for them. Talk about heart breaking but the money has to be there to save precious lives. I want to thank all the volunteers that are giving of themselves and their time to help these special babies. Let’s hope that many of them will have full loving lives. I know I can count on you for your comments! Let’s break the record today! Sending tons of hugs and love to each and every one of you… next week we will be focusing on a Puerto Rico Animal Charity to be announced. Now please have a nice weekend… give your family and fur babies extra hugs! Love you all.

Thanks for all you do all week, but especially for your postings on Saturday. The frog is adorable, my father would stop the car to rescure snakes or turtles or other slow moving creatures who were trying to cross the road and I continue to do that too. Once, I was chatting to my daughter (using my Bluetooth headset) and was kind of in a hurry to get somewhere when I saw a turtle trying to get to a brook. I’m complaining, oh, great a turtle and my daughter pipes up, you know you’re going back, right? As she was saying that, I was in the midst of turning around to go do my good deed. One time, I turned around to help a turtle, wondering how I was even going to approach his huge self, but he turned out to be faster than me and didn’t need my help…thank goodness since he was rather large.
I think the children today would benefit from learning and caring about the natural world because the love of nature translates to so many other aspects of life.
What a wonderful choice, koalas needing all the help we can give them❤️
What a perfect choice of charity this week. It’s so devastating what is happening in Australia right now. It’s unbelievable that there can still be climate change deniers when this is going on! I’m so glad you’ve chosen them. And it’s nice to see that so may people of means (actors, millionaires, etc) are not just using their platform to bring attention to the crisis, but really putting their money where their mouths are and chipping in to help. It can’t be stopped quickly enough.
I’m also glad to see that Puerto Rico is up next week. My goodness, haven’t they been through enough there as well!
I love that good boy Brody! He is so adorable! I’m glad his momma saw the beauty in him and is giving him a good life!
