Thanks for including this project in your makeover post! Much like looking back at childhood pictures of myself, some of these early project pictures make me cringe a little 🙂 It is nice to know that not everyone is as critical as I am! Hope you are doing well, Andrea!
OOOH! I just purchased 3 rolling pins at a thrift store and wasn’t sure what I would do with them. I’m definitely going to copy your towel rack idea! My niece just purchased a 100-year-old house and she and her husband are DIYing a complete make-over, keeping it true to the home’s age. They have nearly finished the kitchen, and this idea will be PERFECT from me as a housewarming gift! Thanks for the idea! You’re soooo talented!
Hi there Sarah! How are you. Well I am THRILLED that you found a great project to use your 3 new rolling pins with! Your nieces 100 year old Farmhouse sounds awesome! Sure would love to see what you create…I know they are going to LOVE IT!!! Here’s wishing you and yours an amazing Holiday Season! HUGS!
Ooooh! That trophy one (page 7) just gave me the best idea. For (other) Harry Potter fans….you could easily turn an old trophy into the Goblet of Fire, or even the Tri-Wizard trophy for your next Harry Potter shindig!
Also, for the rolling pins, you could make a single towel holder by suspending the rolling pin with a small chain or shelving brackets.
Hi there Sarah! How are you! So happy you enjoyed the makeovers and your IDEAS ARE FABULOUS!!!! Thanks for sharing them with us all!!!! I LOVE HP and that idea is simply BRILLIANT!!! Sending tons of hugs and wishes for a wonderful week!
