I love your hummingbird story. Every single loss of a friend or family member has been followed by a strange and wonderful bird incident. When my mom passed, we had a hummingbird hover over our deck, facing us, for a good ten minutes. I actually had time to go upstairs and grab a camera. I believe my mom wanted us to know she will always be here.
