Holiday Home Tours Part One 10 Special Places

The Holiday Season is HERE!!!!  So it is the perfect time to have a reunion of all of The Cottage of the Weeks…don’t you think?  So today I bring you Part One of the Cottage of the Week Holiday Home Tours.  Sit back with a cup of something extra yummy and get a glimpse of these wonderful homes and then I have a feeling that you are going to be doing a lot of visiting to see much much more beauty at all of the amazing homes.

 

 

The Doors are Open…so let’s start our magical tour.

As many of you that have followed The Cottage of the Week from the beginning…it all started at KariAnne’s place….a wonderland that everyone knows as Thistlewood Farms
So much has been going on there in the last year it is hard to keep track…but the most wonderful happening is the new Gatehouse…so let’s just take a peek at what you might find there during the this Holiday Season and then you can drop by later and check out all of the other amazing decor!  It’s all about POPS of Color and WOW is it fabulous!

I hear sleigh bells ringaling!!!!

Then there is Thistlewood …the original…the one and only!  It is decked to the hilt and always a must see…here is a little peek into this glorious Holiday Wonderfuland and it sure looks like the stocking are hung from the chalkboard with care!

There is inspiration everywhere you look…drop by for a cup of hot chocolate and a spectacular tour…you will never want to leave!  The count down for the big day is going on now and this is a must see Advent Calendar…it’s over the top wonderful!

Here we are at my dear friend Gina’s Place or better known as The Shabby Creek Cottage!  This year silver and aqua steal the show and a bit of disco ball glitz!

Fun and fanciful decor is every where you look at the Creek …the tree is amazing…the presents are wrapped with love and style but that little deer…I mean how cute is he …I love him because he is faux and that he is stylin …I call him Horace…don’t ask me why but I do and I love him!  I especially love how Gina combined him with a a handmade…hand drawn chalkboard background! Ho Ho Ho Horace and a very MERRY to you!

Horace and Gina invite you to see much much more Holiday Fun at the Creek …so enjoy your Holiday visit with the whole family and I think the whole family is going to have a great one…looks like Gina is READY!!!! Wonder if there is a gift for Horace here?

Now for a little Eclectic Fun over at my Jersey Girl Kelly’s home at Eclectically Vintage.  The holidays are looking spectacular here and do you think Chestnuts are roasting on the open fire?

The tree looks wonderful and the vintage chalkboard is perfect with its hand drawn snowflakes.

Oh if you happen to be a thrifter…one that LOVES a day at the Flea Market or hours on end at the Good Will but wonders once and awhile exactly what to do with your fabulous finds…drop by Kelly’s place any time of the year and she will have so many ideas what to do with your treasures…you will truly be amazed.  Here is an idea that is simply Holiday over the top…a vintage suitcase and trunk tree with a vintage globe topper…come on…it’s FAB!  Much more to see here…so have a cuppa with Kelly and enjoy!

Speaking of Holiday magic…I think that calls for a visit at my magical friend Karen or as many call her… The Graphics Fairy!

The house is oh so festive with a very unique style that is all Karen!  Now what would Christmas be without some of Karen’s incredible graphics…doesn’t this look simply AMAZING!

This cocoa station could not be sweeter!  Just look at the fabulous vignette but yet…so functional!  Do you simply adore the vintage 7 up crate as the tray!  This gets a WOW!

Let’s knock on wonderful Debra’s door over at Common Ground where you know that the Holidays are in full swing!  The dining room is picture perfect with just the right touches of ever green and ruffles.
