This recipe is a bit more complex but trust me…it is worth it. One thing I will guarantee is that this precious pots keeps on giving (ideas below) Summer is winding down and vegetables are just in Bounty everywhere, the bushels are starting to show themselves at the Farmer’s Markets…it is a joyous time! So…here is a recipe that you can utilize all of that veggie goodness. You are going to adore this yummy soup and remember one thing…there are NO RULES…whatever you love…put it in there! One thing though, don’t use green peppers, the take over the flavor. So get out your chopping board, soak those beans, bring out your biggest pot and have some fun. This freezes like a charm!!! ENJOY
