Hi everyone…hope everything is going great in your lives! How is your Summer going? I know many of you are on vacation…but hopefully we will have everyone back together again in a month or so. We miss those of you that are taking the Summer off…but looking forward to seeing you all again!

I had to tell you all what happened at the Animal Shelter this week.  We went with more frozen treats…20 pounds of treats and 50 pounds of dog food and then I cut up 10 pounds of fresh carrot sticks.  Well when we got there they were so THRILLED with the carrot sticks..weird right…well wait till you find out why…they found a pig walking around my town.  That is just crazy…there is not a farm within 100 miles from my house…it is totally NJ Suburbia outside NYC.  So they were thrilled to have extra treats for this precious little girl.  They are searching for a Sanctuary and they will keep her safe till then.  We are headed back tomorrow with a big goodie bag for the piggy!  Oh and then we found out that they found 2 sheep in my neighborhood but they are all ready in sanctuary.  The police said they came to them when they called them and hopped right into the Police Car.  Just thought I would share that…so very strange…but they are ALL Safe and that is what is important.

 Redo It Inspirations is sharing a wonderful DIY Dog Sofa which any dog would absolutely love…I am going to try to make one for my little adopted sister pair but I will go the way of upholstery (I know us vegetarians are annoying : )   The size of this bed is great for a duo or for a nice big doggie like Danny… HE’S BEAUTIFUL!!!

“We recently adopted a rescue dog. He’s a Malamute/Husky mix, so he’s a really big teddy bear.
