We are all looking for quick and easy recipes to make during this time period! Trying to be very smart in how we use our pantry items is a must. All of these recipes call for your basic rice, beans, seasoning and if you don’t have a few fresh veggies… no problem… improvise! You will find a ton of Instant Pot Recipes, Crock-pot and Stove Top creations… every one of them more tempting than the last. They are all either Vegan or Vegetarian but that is the nature of the dish to begin with. I have to be honest… I do add Vegan Sausage to mine at times and it is delish. Add what you love! These meals will be very filling… tasty… healthy with plenty of protein. You can make A LOT with a little and that is always a good thing. Sure hope you find the perfect recipe for you and your family! My personal favorite is the one by The Mississippi Vegan… it’s the best I have ever had and I add Beyond Meat Vegan Sausage to it.
