St. Paddy’s Day is almost here or St. Patrick’s Day which ever you prefer!  The green is being rolled out everywhere and blog land is an emerald delight!  There are so many ways to celebrate this special day when all of the world has a touch of the Irish in their hearts…being a vegetarian the corn beef and cabbage is not an option…although we do love some vegetarian Shepard’s Pie…but the desserts…the heavenly desserts spiked with a touch of Bailey’s Irish Cream or a touch of Guinness Stout…well now you are talking!
