Come and visit Janet Deg Twitter for some inspiration.  She was sharing this whimsical Filing Cabinet Planter.  Just find yourself a Filing Cabinet…paint it with a Rustoleum paint in your favorite color…then plant your favorite blooms.  There are a few ways of doing it…I would highly recommend drilling drain holes at the bottom of each drawer…they you can place potted plants in the drawers or literally fill the drawers with soil and plant.  Either way it is going to look WOW in your garden…or on your deck or porch!  To be honest with you…I think it would be incredible in the kitchen with Fresh Herbs!  Oh the possibilities.  Chalkboard labels would look great too.  Have fun.

This Pin caught my eye and thought I should share it with you.  You can take a Filing Cabinet…remove the drawers (use them for another project) …paint it in the color that you love…drill holes for drainage…attach Caster Wheels and plant.  You have a great planter for the Front Porch…Deck or Garden.  Once again I highly recommend you use a Rustoleum Type Paint to keep it safe from peeling.  Possibilities are endless…you might want to add some embellishments or maybe some unique hardware.  Enjoy!
